Hemp and CBD now legal in the state of Ohio
Because of it’s direct link to the cannabis plant, hemp has long been banned in the state of Ohio.
However, the weed God’s have spoken and as of yesterday (Tuesday July the 30th, 2019)
Seems like a win for Ohio especially since they do not have any plans to regulate the amount of cultivation licenses that can be distributed.
